Now that the floor was attached the to fuselage, it was time to give it a smooth transition by rounding the corners.
I started out by rounding the top longeron corners. Here is the before picture (right side):

I love how the plans say, "you can do this in 3 hours"... I guess they forgot to include "...if you're Superman or a droidbot"...
Smoooooooth... real smooooooooth!
With the top longerons complete, I flipped the fuselage over and started work on the floor. This is how it looked like at the start:

I started out by trimming large chunks using a knife at about a 45 degree angle...
I road the knife along the lower longeron's corner...
I removed as much material as I could with the knife... I then proceeded to sand everything down nice and smooth...
Smoother than a baby's butt!!!
